    INTRODUCTION
    Textile coating silicone rubber can be firmly adhered to the surface of textiles. Widely used in textile printing of clothing, socks, hats, gloves, etc. It’s platinum cure liquid silicone rubber, FDA food grade, non-toxic, odorless.It can be operated more easily without additives, suitable for both manual and mechanized.

    TBL-8840 is a transparent, high strength, excellent performance of two-component coated silicone rubber. Its viscosity is moderate after mixing the two components, can be vacuum defoaming, and stored at room temperature for a long time, curing material without shrinkage. Through silk screen printing, dispensing and coating process, the product can be used in the garment industry to prepare trademarks, various printing and coated webbing, and can bond all kinds of fabrics firmly.

    INTRODUCTION


            Gypsum molding silicone is a very flexible molding silicone, it request the silicone hardness must not be too hard because gypsum is very delicate, it will break the gypsum products when demolding if the silicone mold is too hard, meanwhile, since plaster mouldings are always very with big size as well as with fine details, so it request the silicone mold be strong enough to resist the damage of the moulds during the demolding process.

    TBL-69 series is a two-component condensation type RTV2 mold making silicone rubber. With good fluidity and low shrinkage rate. It has passed ROHS and REACH certification, and is suitable for the filling process, candles, resin crafts and other molds ect.

    APPLICATION
