INTRODUCTION

Gypsum molding silicone is a very flexible molding silicone, it request the silicone hardness must not be too hard because gypsum is very delicate, it will break the gypsum products when demolding if the silicone mold is too hard, meanwhile, since plaster mouldings are always very with big size as well as with fine details, so it request the silicone mold be strong enough to resist the damage of the moulds during the demolding process.

TBL-69 series is a two-component condensation type RTV2 mold making silicone rubber. With good fluidity and low shrinkage rate. It has passed ROHS and REACH certification, and is suitable for the filling process, candles, resin crafts and other molds ect.

APPLICATION
It is not only uitable for molding variety of gypsum decorations and plater mouldings, but also suitable for molding art crafts, furniture, architectural elements, garden ornaments, shoe, tire, soap, candle, vacuum bagging, wind turbine blades, ship/boat hulls, aircraft hulls, FRP pipes/profiles, beacon lighthouse covers, military industry, aviation and other fields etc.
