The invention discloses a method of preparing gold nanoscale by a liquid phase method using Bio-molecule amino acids for reducing agents. It prepares a certain concentration of HAuCl4 solution, adds a certain amount of Bio-molecule amino acids, mixes with a homogenizer, collects the product after constant temperature reaction for a certain period of time, and observe the product obtained by transmission electron microscopy. The length is 1-3 μm and the thickness is 20-50 nm.
Compared with the prior art, the method of the present invention is simple and easy to implement as well as mild conditions. It has the characteristics of environmental friendliness, large production and clear structure.
