Technical Parameter
This product is based on Polyorganosiloxane, which is paste compound with high thermal conductivity filler through special process. As a medium to heat transfer, it has excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation. The product has lower interface thermal resistance and strong plasticity, and the lower interface thermal resistance can meet the requirements of various designs on the thermal properties of materials. Stronger plasticity can meet the requirements of filling thermal materials between various uneven surfaces.
Extremely low hardness and plasticity can be formed arbitrarily.

The product will be layered during storage, stirred evenly before use without affecting product performance.
Operating Instructions
Before use: It is recommended to stir the product in advance after a long time before using it. When applied to materials, please confirm the sample before using, then apply it.
Surface Clean: Please clean up the dust, rust, and oil on the surface of the bonding substrate.
Gluing: It can be applied to the contact surface of the product by spot coating, also can be made into any shape by hand, filled or attached to corresponding area.
Storage: The product should not be exposed to the air for a long time.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool and dry place below 35 ℃.
Shelf life: 12 months.

2.It is recommended to use it in a well-ventilated area to reduce odor.
3.If accidentally touch the skin or eyes, wipe them clean immediately, then rinse with water and seek medical advice.
